I lost access to my wallet — can Sudo recover my account?+
We can't. Your wallet is your account. We recommend using social recovery (Safe / Argent) or hardware wallets to avoid this scenario. The Backup Vault tool can also share encryption-key shards with trusted contacts.
How do I switch to a new wallet?+
Go to Settings → Identity → Link wallet. Sign with both wallets and your messages, contacts and SUDO balance migrate. Keep both linked, or remove the old one after.
Why didn't my mining payout arrive?+
Payouts batch every 24h. If yours is missing after 36h, open a /support ticket with your wallet address — we'll trace the on-chain event.
How do I open a dispute on an escrow?+
From the escrow card in chat tap Dispute. Submit your evidence (file, link, on-chain proof). The validator panel forms within an hour.
How do I report a scam?+
From any DM or message tap the report icon. For wallet-draining attempts please also email security@su.do.
